Remote or In-Person Notary Services

Documents may be completed in advance; however, all signatures must be applied in the presence of the notary, as required by law.
The signer will be asked to confirm they understand what they are signing and must be able to respond independently.
If your documents require witnesses, they will sign during your in-person or remote online notarization (RON) session.

$100 per appointment
+$10 per notarial act (per signature/seal)
